Tajfun CUBE drum wood chippers are designed for professional biomass processing where consistent output and reliability are essential. Combining automatic feeding, an optimized slow-rotating rotor and controlled discharge, they produce uniform fuel chips with minimal dust and stable fraction quality. The adjustable screening system enables chip sizes from G30 to G120, adapting to different heating plants and industrial energy systems. The CUBE wood chipper is entirely made of Hardox, featuring an extremely robust rotor and wide knives, ensuring a consistently clean chip fraction. Its compact design, without unnecessary covers, allows for easy maintenance and long-lasting reliability.

The extremely robust rotor with wide knives ensures a cleaner cut and less dust even when processing small material and logging residues.

The variable hydraulic discharge provides extended reach and 400° rotation, with an adjustable flap for precise chip placement.

Quick screen change.

Our fast and straightforward screen change allows chip size to be easily adjusted from G30 to G120, reducing downtime and keeping operations running.

Side locks are released to open the rear cover.

The rear cover opens, providing direct access to the screen.

The screen is replaced using a lifting device and positioned in place.

Robust bearings not mounted directly on the housing ensure carefree chipping, even when processing demanding waste wood containing plastic strap remnants.

Hydraulically self-sufficient design allows operation with only a PTO shaft and a 12 V power supply, enabling simple integration in different working setups.
