PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

This site is operated by TAJFUN PLANINA proizvodnja strojev, d.o.o., Planina pri Sevnici 41A, 3225 Planina pri Sevnici, reg. no. 5149398000, tax no. SI 11787341 ("Tajfun Planina" or "we" or "us").

Tajfun Planina processes your personal data in a lawful, honest and transparent manner and ensures that your personal data is secure from unauthorized access by physical measures and with the appropriate hardware and software. Access to collected personal data in Tajfun Planina is only enabled to pre-authorized employees of Tajfun Planina to the extent necessary for the performance of their duties.

We collect and process personal data within the frameworks determined by applicable legislation and for pre-defined purposes, as follows:

a)      By visiting our site, certain cookies are loaded onto your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone), which allow for certain content on the Tajfun Planina website and without which such content could not be shown. For more information about cookies, see above.

b) The personal data you provide via Tajfun Planina's online request form (name, surname, street, postal code, state, country, e-mail address and telephone number) is processed solely for the purpose of responding to the sent request, and only when such a request is made in accordance with item (b) of the first paragraph of Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation. We keep the collected personal data stored for 3 months. If your information shows that you are contacting us from abroad, we will forward your information to our partner in your area. for the sole purpose of preparing the response to the sent request. In the event that you do not provide us with the personal information required by the online form, we will not be able to respond to your request.

c) The personal information you provide for the purposes of direct marketing on the basis of personal consent will be processed by Tajfun Planina until your unambiguous cancellation (name, surname, street, place, postal code, state, country, e-mail address and telephone) in accordance with item (a) of the first paragraph of Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation. You can send your cancellation to e-mail. In this case, your personal information will be deleted within 15 days of receiving the cancellation. The cancellation of consent does not affect the legality of processing your personal data before the specified cancellation.

Tajfun Planina does not process sensitive or specific types of personal data. Tajfun Planina does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling of individuals. If you have any questions regarding the use and processing of your personal information (including (i) the access to your personal information that we process, (ii) the deletion or correction of your personal information, (iii) the limitation of processing, (iv) the right to object to the processing, and (v) the right to transfer your personal information to another controller), please contact us at e-mail.

If you believe that there has been a (potential) violation in the controlling and/or processing of personal information, you can claim your right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner who is authorized to deal with such violations:
